1995-1998
Portable Uninterruptible Power Supply (PUP)
STS created the Portable Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems- a first of its kind portable and self-contained power supply system. The custom lightweight telephone carrying case not only met Government specifications for weight, temperature, shock, vibration, and submersion, but also surpassed drop test requirements by 250%.
May 1995: The Teledyne Ryan Tier II Plus Spy Drone enhanced accuracy, targeting, and successful force protection for the U.S. Air Forces.
August 1999-
September 2002
Department of Defense Biometrics
STS was selected to work with what is now known as the Department of Defense Biometrics Program to research potential biometrics and identification technology in advancing security. STS used its cutting-edge knowledge to evaluate 56 biometrics products-including fingerprint systems, facial systems, iris systems, hand and finger geometry systems, and voice systems.
May 2000: The GPS goes mainstream.
September 2000-
September 2003
Joint Assessment Neurological Evaluation Equipment (JANEE)
STS designed Joint Assessment Neurological Evaluation Equipment (JANEE) – a fully interactive, real-time learning environment to train emergency medical responders for the U.S. Army Medical Command. The system included virtual scenarios, a medical symptom library and a custom-made vital signs trainer.

August 2003-
June 2009
Homeland Security System/Camera Aided Monitoring System (HLSS/CAMS)
STS developed the Homeland Security System/Camera Aided Monitoring System (HLSS/CAMS) for the US Army to provide perimeter surveillance of expeditionary bases. The large-scale, multi-sensor detection system can conduct surveillance during daylight, darkness, adverse weather and dirty battlefield conditions from the local level to a global scale. The heart of the CAMS system is its uniquely developed software package that overlays data from multiple types of sensors onto a single picture for the user.
August 2006-
October 2011
Virtual Interactive Training Assessment System (ViTAS)
STS designed the VITAS as a simulation training platform for combat medics. It challenges the user with responsive, emergency medical scenarios in order to teach critical lifesaving skills. The system adjusts in real-time based on user decisions. Random events, and a dynamic model of human physiology. A serious gaming 3D virtual world allowed combat medics to practice carrying out complex medical, ethical and tactical challenges.
June 2007: Apple iPhone was released, revolutionizing the multiple industries and bringing the internet to everyone’s pocket.

Rapid Equipping Force (REF)
STS contracted with the U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force to provide force protection support on all intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance equipment. STS successfully maintained operational readiness rates over 90% on all systems through strategic deployment of Super Field Service Representatives abroad. In addition, STS supplied full lifecycle logistics, systems engineering, and rapid prototyping responses to support over 300 individual systems.
September 2008 The Large Hadron Collider started up for the first time.

Product Manager Improvised Explosive Device Defeat/Protect Force (PdM IEDD/PF)
STS provided full life cycle sustainment to the US Army on the counter IED equipment and systems. This comprehensive sustainment effort included the technical expertise and operations of STS Super Field Service Representatives, as well as the use of a sophisticated supply management system for all C-IED equipment, including mine rollers, neutralization systems, entry control points, and ground penetrating radar/electromagnetic induction equipment. These Super Field Service Representatives performed unit level to depot level testing of newly installed systems throughout Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait.
Portable Security System (PSS)
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recruited STS to enhance their threat detection abilities while in nearly any environment. STS resourcefully adapted an original platform created for a previous customer, providing a cost effective solution for the Government’s needs of rapid set-up, scalability, and ease of use. The newly modified Portable Security System (PSS) assimilated multiple data sources from a suite of radars, imagers, hand-held computers, and security software.
December 2010-
January 2015
Counter-Rocket Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM)
The C-RAM systems provides soldiers the ability to detect and defend against enemy rockets, artillery, and mortar rounds. Teaming with Northrup Grumman, STS provided fully trained and qualified operators of the C-RAM system at U.S. Army Forward Operating Bases in Afghanistan. STS delivered a full spectrum of systems engineering, product design and development, system integration, site design, direct installation, and training services in support of the C-RAM system.
