U.S. Army: Mobile
Readiness Trainer

STS worked with the US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Simulation and Technology Training Center (STTC) and PEO STRI Assistant Project Manager (APM) MedSim to design, develop, test, deliver, and sustain the Mobile Readiness Trainer. The Mobile Readiness Trainer (MRT) was STS’ mobile Synthetic Training Solution designed to train warfighters in conducting trauma care under fire.

The PSS contract is an evolutionary effort in its fourth generation performed for an elite division within the DHS over the past six years. The PSS is a secure, portable, expeditionary security system that includes advanced, cutting-edge Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) sensors, processing, software, firmware, and wireless technology. STS was tasked by DHS to perform a capability gap analysis on their existing potable, physical security system. This analysis led to a contract to design, develop, test, train, and deliver a customized complex system of systems expeditionary, lightweight, rapidly deployable wireless Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) PSS. This is the fifth PSS contract STS has performed.

STS is the prime contractor supporting the U.S. Army’s REF with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) FSTs, logisticians, and program management personnel performing full lifecycle logistics, operator/maintainer training and assessments, assembly, deployment, installation, sustainment, upgrades, and modifications for 23 tactical aerostats and numerous other ISR and ISR-related systems located on FOBs and COPs in Afghanistan and throughout the Middle East.
