Vicky Tilley leads the administration of Human Resources for STS. She is responsible for the strategic development and senior management of STS’ growing human resources organization, including leading recruitment and retention. With over seventeen years in the Human Resources field, Vicky brings expertise in diversity, benefit administration, reward and recognition, and talent acquisition management to help STS grow and thrive.
