Director of Growth and Strategy

Bob brings over 40 years of experience in the Defense and Aerospace Industry and the US Army.  Bob is responsible for the growth of STS int. and assisting the senior leadership is developing the strategy to grow STS international.  In the last 20 plus years in industry, Bob brings a wide variety of skills learned in businesses from startups through Large Business in this market space.  For the last 10 plus years he has been a Business Development executive with a proven record of successful growth.  Since his retirement from the Army Bob has been focused on helping soldiers both at home and deployed to support the accomplishment of their missions.  Bob Graduated from Texas A&M in College Station, Texas and a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation (MBAA) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.  He has supported the community as a  Rotary Club President in Texas, a Board Member of the Paralyzed Veterans Golf Outing, and Assistant Scout Master/Committee Chair. https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertlreeves7/
