Vice President, General Administration
As Vice President, General Administration and Partner for STS International, Doug brings over twenty years of experience in business operations, business law, and technical projects. He provides operational direction for process and information technology infrastructure to support corporate functions including finance, purchasing, contracts, legal, service management, information technology, and project management. Doug leads the establishment of corporate process standards and provides continual process improvement to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification. With over 40 years of corporate industry and military experience, Ted plans and directs all aspects of STS International policies, objectives, and initiatives and is responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Over 25 years ago, Ted developed STS as a start-up company to a staff of over 60 full-time personnel located at client sites throughout the Continental US, various locations overseas and four fixed STS corporate facilities. Vice President, Finance (Acting)
Jagjit has over thirty years of experience working with Federal Government contractors in accounting, finance, and contract management. He has been supporting STS International, Inc. since 2000. He oversees the financial and contractual operations at STS. Jagjit’s credentials include: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, from Punjab University; and, Certified Public Accountant.
Program Director, Engineering
Charlie has over eighteen years of corporate experience at STS serving in both program management and systems engineering roles. Charlie brings over 35 years of military experience, including 12 years in the Army Signal Corps and eight years in the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC). His collective experience spans the entire product engineering lifecycle from concept through sustainment for a variety of spanning software applications to complex integrated secure distributed wireless system of systems comprised of Internet of Things sensors, sensor fusion platforms, and multi-tiered common operational picture solutions. Charlie oversees a portfolio of multiple products and manages engineering staff and resources that provide engineering support of products and programs in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Charlie’s credentials include: Lt. Bob brings over 40 years of experience in the Defense and Aerospace Industry and the US Army. Bob is responsible for the growth of STS int. and assisting the senior leadership is developing the strategy to grow STS international. In the last 20 plus years in industry, Bob brings a wide variety of skills learned in businesses from startups through Large Business in this market space. For the last 10 plus years he has been a Business Development executive with a proven record of successful growth. Since his retirement from the Army Bob has been focused on helping soldiers both at home and deployed to support the accomplishment of their missions.
