Projects

US Army Rapid Equipping Force, ISR Program STS provided embedded SFSRs who supported all computer software and hardware components in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The SFSRs utilized IBM®’s Rational Unified Process (RUP) toolset to provide a web-enabled repository database for maintaining program and system requirements, Configuration Management, system trouble tickets, test and evaluation, as well as material, documentation and reporting management. These efforts included customer liaison, a 24x7 Customer Service Support Desk and troubleshooting (diagnose, fault isolate and document all maintenance actions) for all software and hardware.

Counter Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) STS provided fully trained and certified, embedded operators and unit-level maintainers to operate and sustain C-RAM Sense and Warn (SnW) components at FOBs in the austere environment of Afghanistan. The SnW components provide soldiers the ability to defend against enemy rockets, artillery, and mortar rounds by detecting these attacks and providing accurate, localized warning for incoming rounds as well as intercept capability to destroy the incoming rounds. On this contract, STS unit-level maintainers provided systems engineering and technical support  which include equipment installations, hardware and software system integration, test and evaluation, help desk, and troubleshooting.
