Ted Morgan
Founder, CEO
Lt. Colonel, US Army Retired; Master’s Degree, Political Science; Over 40 years of corporate industry and military experience. Plans and directs all aspects of STS International policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Developed STS as a start-up company to a staff of over 60 full time personnel located at client sites throughout the Continental US, various locations overseas and four fixed STS corporate facilities. Responsible for the day-to-day executive leadership and management of STS International. Primary focus is on driving business development and sales to build STS as an organization dedicated to delivering and selling world-class products and services.

David Morgan
Co-founder and Vice President for Operations
Master of Business Administration. Mr. Morgan oversees operations in WV, FL, VA, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan where he is responsible for the rapid design, development, field testing and deployment of cutting-edge technologies including long range surveillance technology; alternative power solutions and medical simulation applications. His latest innovations have focused on data dissemination and streaming video strategies in austere environments; biometrics and identity assurance applications; and advanced medical simulation training. In managing these programs, Mr. Morgan has demonstrated his ability to manage new and advanced technologies. He has a proven history of leading complex programs that successfully meet strict deadlines and delivery schedules— including the deployment of nine different programs to support ongoing operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Douglas Morgan, Esquire
Vice President
Bachelor of Science, Juris Doctorate. Twenty years of experience in business operations, business law, and technical projects. Primary responsibilities are to: provide operational direction for process and information technology infrastructure to corporate functions including finance, purchasing, contracts, legal, service management, information technology and project management; corporate general counsel; and contract management. Primary goals are to establish corporate process standards and provide continual process improvement to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification; and to provide proactive corporate legal counsel and strategic advice.
